Did Barry Gibb rebuild a house on the Johnny Cash property?

I know Barry Gibb (from the Bee Gees) purchased the Johnny Cash house in TN, but tragically, while renovating, some wood preservative ignited and the house burned down...did he ever rebuild on that property?
