What do you think of how Four Loko is being sued for that 15-year-old's death?

Its the kida fault for making the decision to drink it. If anything, they should sue the store that sold it to the kid. Im fifteen and have had four loko before, and I blame the stupid stufd ive done on myswlf for choosing to get drunk, rather than the alcohol itself.
