How to make my parakeet happy after my other parakeet died...?

I had 2 parakeets named Junior and Tango. This morning Junior tragically died ): Junior/Tango were VERY close, and i got Tango a little while ago so i haven't earned his trust yet. He is very sad/scared without Junior and won't do anything So how can i make Tango happy and earn his trust? Please&ThankYou!
