Should government mandate pictures of grisly car accidents go with every new car sold in the U.S.?

It's happening with cigarettes, why not cars? Cars are involved in thousands upon thousands of American deaths each year and I'm sure most car drivers don't grasp the real danger of driving. So when you head into your local Government Motors dealer to pick up your new Government Motors car, should you get pictures of deadly car accidents with your new ride?
