R.I.P. Sir Henry Cooper. Would Henry have beat Ali or Clay at the time if he floored him earlier in the round?

Sir Henry Cooper tragically died a few hours ago at the age of 76. Henry was a very good fighter who was British and European Champion as well as winning a Lonsdale Belt outright. And will be remembered for his fights against Ali twice, Floyd Patterson, Ingemar Johansson, Zora Folley twice and Joe Bugner as well as nearly knocking out Ali when he floored him at the end of the 4th round of their first fight before losing in the fifth on cuts.
