Do you believe in abortion if so please explain why or why not?

This question has been running through my mind quite a bit lately.... & I honestly don't believe in abortion if you didn't want to get pregnant then you shouldn't have went & did what you did, of course the story is different in some cases like if you were raped, (it seems most people seem to completely forget about other options before judging others they see too young to be pregnant or having a young child with them) (though i still believe it wrong to kill a poor defenseless innocent baby). I believe that if you willingly had sex then you should have to accept the consequences of your actions. & if your thoughts are "Its my body I can do whatever I want with it" then think again because when your pregnant its not only your body but your child's body too. I believe that you should let this new being have life and not be so cruel as to take its life and so this ends with my original question.... Do you believe in abortion? & if so please do give an explanation why because I fail to understand why believe in such a tragically horrible thing.
