Dermal piercing question..?

they either use a dermal punch or a huge hollow needle to create the pocket then punch it in there. it takes a few months to heal but just put bactine on it and sleep with a band aid over it for a week or two. the scar isn't TOO bad.. but it is noticeable. they sell the jewelry in tattoo shops. nowhere else. plus you need to piercer to change the top for you anyways.
